►Each administration of the MAT is $85 ($90 after July 1).  Payment may be made by check, money order, VISA, or MasterCard. Please make checks payable to the Center for Human Development. Report to the Center for Human Development's, Testing Services located on the 3rd floor of the Franklin Academic Success Center at 252 Main Street, Farmington, Maine.  Report at least 10 minutes prior to exam time with two forms of identification, one of which must bear a picture.  For directions click here
