Praxis II Exam Information for UMF Students

In order to student teach in the senior year and ultimately graduate, students enrolled in UMF's teacher certification programs must pass the Praxis II Exam(s) associated with their major and required by the Maine Dept. of Education for teacher certification in Maine. For UMF students, the Praxis II exam usually is taken by the end of the junior year. Consult with your academic advisor about when you should take the Praxis II exam associated with your program in order to student teach.
